Hi Deb

I'm pretty new to gardening myself, although back in Scotland we did grow potatoes and had some amazing flower beds, that was it. Here in the Okanagan the climate is so very different to Scotland so I'm learning to adapt-for instance, it's so hot here we are able to grow peach trees, I would never have been able to grow peaches back in Scotland.

Gardening is a great way to connect kids to nature. By introducing Chloe the gardener, kids can see first hand how much fun it can be to grow a garden, vegetable pot or just have fun playing in a green space. Thank you so much for your support Deb, your enthusiasm is infectious!

Hi Shannon, I think around this time of year everyone wants to see a little sign of Spring. Don't get me wrong, I love the winter and all the snow but by mid February I am ready to welcome Spring. Let me know what seeds you choose, I'd love you to share your choice of seeds and why on one of the up and coming Chloe the Gardener post.

Fantastic! Spring is really in the air (at least underneath all this snow we have here!) but you and Loving Nature's Garden are up talking about gardening today- can't wait to get my hands dirty. Might go put in my seed order today!

I'm so excited, Marghanita! I am looking forward to creating a garden with the kids this spring, so I look forward to this series very much. Can't wait for them to see all the amazing treasures a garden has to offer. This is such a fantastic idea. Beautiful photos!
