By educating the Heart through Nature Art children grow into compassionate creative thinkers who care not only for themselves and others but for all living things.
Children Learn through Play
There is no more natural, awe-inspiring environment for children to learn and play, than in nature.
All children are beautiful, unique, spirited beings full of love, light and wonder and need time in nature to express themselves freely and creatively.
“Nature inspires creativity in a child by demanding visualization and the full use of the senses” Richard Louv – Last Child in the Woods
We are all deeply rooted to Nature
Through nature play and creativity, children learn that the dragonflies and the turtles, like all living things have an important role to play in the web of life too, just as we do.
Falling In Love with Nature
These multi sensory experiences gift happy lasting memories, creating a solid foundation in which a love affair with nature can be built. The children will want to return again and again to witness the beauty and abundant wonders of our ever-giving and enchanting natural world.
Childhood has changed over the years and these changes in childhood are putting our children at risk. Millions of children are suffering from both mental and physical health. This is partly due to too much screen time, over scheduled lifestyle and the lack of time spent in nature. We all want our children to thrive, to learn and to grow. Nature and creativity are fundamental to a child’s growth, physically, mentally and emotionally.
“Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive”. – Dalai Lama
Our first step on this beautiful journey together is to identify ourselves as nature.
