Time Shared in Nature – We are all connected!

My heart is filled with joy as I watch my teenage daughter at one with nature. It is so natural, so pure.

Like most girls her age, she is discovering being a teenager can be stressful.

Time in nature allows her to reconnect with what is real, what is true.

Sharing that time with her is precious.

Our time spent together in nature not only calms us but brings us closer together.

Our children are only gifted to us for such a short time. Watch and listen to your children.
They will teach you more than you ever thought possible.

  1. It is so beautiful Marghanita. I have also watched few of your other amazing videos.. I must learn to make good videos like yours, would love to know the program you use for it. I’ve learnt more in more life during these years with my children than I have ever. We can also learn much from animals, especially horses. The photos are beautiful, the horses, your daughter. Lovely post!

  2. Oh Jeanene, thank you so much for your kind words. I couldn’t agree more, animals can teach us so much. It is their unconditional love that is so incredibly beautiful for children to grow up with. My children inspire me every day and I am constantly learning-they keep me young at heart and spirit.

  3. Dear Marghanita,

  6. Marghanita…this is BEAUTIFUL. Love everything about your post. My oldest is 12 and am beginning to realize my time with her is going fast. I feel that this is a great message to be posted in schools to promote the beauty and need of having “nature” and each other in our lives!!!
    Thanks so much for sharing!

  7. Thank you so much Harold. I do so love to take photographs, especially outdoors. Beauty is all around us, in everything and everyone, I try to capture it – sometime I get lucky!

  8. Oh Catherine, thank you for your lovely comment, that really means a lot to me. I have always admired your photography and the wonderful work you do getting children outdoors with their cameras. My heart is full of joy and hope for the future knowing so many people care. Wishing you a beautiful evening Catherine and a year full of outdoor adventure with your children and their cameras!

  9. Hi Marghanita,
This is such a beautiful post. I have three children and my youngest is 12 and going through the same things as your daughter. He loves to spend countless hours outdoors. It brings him much peace and comfort. Thanks for sharing.

  10. Thank you Valarie, I have three teenagers too and they all benefit from the time they spend in nature. It is so important for children of all ages but in particular teenagers to have that quiet time away from all the “noise” (cellphones, computers, tv etc ). I wish you and your children huge amounts of fun, laughter and joy outdoors in nature. Marghanita
