Happy Summer Solstice
I love summer, maybe its because I am a June baby….I have always been drawn to the light.
Today is the longest day of the year, gifting us the most hours of day light….how Magical!
The other day I was deeply moved by the morning light, I stood in awe of the love and light and immense beauty emanating from the flowers, from the angelic bird song and was reminded that “Heaven is here on Earth.”
In the stillness, I cried tears of joy as I became one with the birds, flowers and creator. This sacred moment of communion was deeply moving and peaceful, quenching my soul and inspired this new painting - the peaceful energy flowing organically into my artwork.
May your summer (or Winter, depending on where you are living) be filled with abundant love and light and the freedom and good health to wander and wonder at our beautiful Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.
