Holding You
This painting is for those of you feeling overwhelmed with sadness, finding it difficult to pull yourself out of the heaviness you are experiencing.
It takes immense strength to remain open-hearted in a world that seems cold and chaotic. To keep showing up with love, to keep creating, to keep believing in goodness despite the challenges. Yesterday all I wanted to do, was bring peace and gentleness to the world and so I began to paint and this is what evolved.
Holding You
I invite you to gather your attention to be here and now. Take a deep breath in and slowly release. Feel your body relaxing and let yourself disappear for a moment into the painting.
Let yourself become the one that’s being held.
Feel the love and gentleness wrap around you like a warm blanket; breathe in the joy, the beauty and the magic!
Let the soft, sacred love and light - flow into your entire being and bring you peace.
Know you are deeply loved, Mother Earth holds you close to her heart;
Creator is holding you; you are deeply loved and appreciated.
You are beautiful, you are love, you are light. You are being held.
Please, be gentle with yourself
May we all hold each other in gentleness, may we all be at peace.
